Lightly grease or line a muffin tin or use individual foil pie tins.ADVERTISEMENT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make the filling:\u00a0In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and saut\u00e9 until translucent. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thicken the sauce:\u00a0Sprinkle in the flour and stir constantly for about 1\u20132 minutes to form a roux. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Let everything simmer together for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assemble the pies:\u00a0Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles large enough to fit your tins. Press the dough into the bottom and sides. Spoon in the chicken mixture, then cover with another piece of dough for the top crust. Seal the edges with a fork and cut a few slits or a cross in the center for steam to escape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brush with egg wash:\u00a0Lightly brush the tops with beaten egg to get that golden finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake\u00a0for 25\u201330 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and fully cooked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cool &amp; Serve:\u00a0Let the pies cool for 5\u201310 minutes before removing them from the tins.
