Make the Crumb Topping \u2460 Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Set aside. 2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer\u2460 Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.  3. Make the Cake Batter\u2460 Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.\u2461 In another bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.\u2462 Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
