Plus, they\u2019re easy to assemble and bake in less time than a full pan of lasagna.Ingredients (Makes ~24 bites)24 wonton wrappers\u00bd lb ground beef or turkey\u00bd cup diced onion1 cup marinara sauce1 cup ricotta cheese1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese\u00bd cup grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp garlic powder\u00bd tsp Italian seasoningSalt &amp; pepper, to tasteCooking sprayInstructions1. Preheat OvenPreheat your oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C). Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.2. Cook the MeatIn a skillet over medium heat, saut\u00e9 the diced onion until translucent. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.3. Assemble the Lasagna BitesPlace a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing gently to form a cup shape.Spoon about 1 tsp of ricotta into the bottom of each wrapper.Add 1\u20132 tsp of the cooked meat mixture on top of the ricotta.Drizzle 1 tsp of marinara sauce over the meat.Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.Top with another wonton wrapper if desired for a layered effect.4. BakeBake in the preheated oven for 12\u201315 minutes, or until the edges of the wonton wrappers are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.5.
