{"id":2297,"date":"2024-12-28T20:51:01","date_gmt":"2024-12-28T20:51:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dejunair.com\/?p=2297"},"modified":"2024-12-28T20:51:03","modified_gmt":"2024-12-28T20:51:03","slug":"recipe-for-barras-de-pastel-de-queso-without-the-need-for-baking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dejunair.com\/?p=2297","title":{"rendered":"Recipe for barras de pastel de queso without the need for baking."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<br>For the outer layer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cups of graham cracker crumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 cup of melted unsalted butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 cup of granulated sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the cheesecake coating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cups of heavy cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16 oz (2 packages) of smooth creamed cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup of powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon of lemon juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For filling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon of sugar powder (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructions:<br>Make the base:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are completely coated with butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch rectangular baking dish to create an even crust. Use the back of a spoon or a flat glass to press down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refrigerate the dough to firm up while you prepare the filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make the cheesecake decoration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
