Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1\u00b0 12 lbs ground beef<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/3 large onion, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 1 can of green chili peppers, small tin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 can of enchilada sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 ounces of cream cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 bag of Fritos chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 bag of grated cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 3\u20444 cup shredded lettuce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12 cups fresh tomatoes, diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 16 ounces of sauce 8 ounces of sour cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Browning the minced meat with onions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add green peppers, enchilada sauce, and cream cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a 9\u2033 x 13\u2033 pan, repeat the layers as follows: Fritos chips, meat mixture and grated cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baking 350 for 15-20 minutes or bubbly cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garnish individual servings with lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sour cream, to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
