Garlic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tomahawk steak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sprigs fresh rosemary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp coarse salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the Steak:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pat the tomahawk steak dry with paper towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rub with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place fresh rosemary sprigs on top and let it marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preheat the Grill:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat your grill to high (450-500\u00b0F \/ 230-260\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using a pan, preheat a cast-iron skillet over high heat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sear the Steak:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the steak on the grill or in the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sear for 3-5 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cook to Desired Temperature:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Move the steak to indirect heat and continue cooking until it reaches:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rare:<\/strong>\u00a0120\u00b0F (49\u00b0C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medium Rare:<\/strong>\u00a0130\u00b0F (54\u00b0C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medium:<\/strong>\u00a0140\u00b0F (60\u00b0C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Well Done:<\/strong>\u00a0160\u00b0F (71\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rest &amp;
