8 sticks cheddar cheese
1\/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1\/2 tablespoon fresh chopped onion or onion powder
1\/2 tablespoon poppy seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preheat your oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough sheets and separate them into triangles.
Place a slice of ham on each triangle, then place a cheddar cheese stick on top.
Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, chopped onion or onion powder, and poppy seeds.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolled-up crescents.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
