Blend until smooth, creating a thick, pourable batter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Pan<br>Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly coat it with cooking spray or a little oil to prevent sticking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the Pancakes<br>Pour approximately 1\/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
