Filling:\u2022 450 g (16 oz) cream \u200b\u200bcheese, softened\u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup melted and cooled white chocolate\u2022 \u00bd cup pure sugar\u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 teaspoons vanilla extract\u2022 large egg\u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped\u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top:\u2022 \u00bd cup fresh strawberries, chopped\u2022 \u00bc cup white chocolate chips, melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ADVERTISEMENT\u2022 Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F.\u2022 Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press 9 inches into the bottom of the shelf to level it.\u2022 In a separate bowl, beat the soft chem cheese until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add melted white chocolate, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.\u2022 Add the eggs one by one and mix well after each addition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gently fold in the strawberries.\u2022 Pour the mixture you prepared onto the cake and spread evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake for 45-50 minutes.\u2022 Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool slowly over an hour.\u2022 Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add strawberry jam and melted chocolate chips before serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
