Drain and mash the cauliflower with a fork or potato masher, leaving some small chunks for texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower, shredded cheese, eggs, flour, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed and forms a thick batter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Form Fritters: Take about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into small patties. Repeat until all the batter is used up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fry the Fritters: Heat a thin layer of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the fritters in the skillet, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drain and Serve: Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
