Crispy Garlic Parmesan Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients:500 g fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and halved1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour if needed)2 large eggs, beaten1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)½ cup grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp paprika½ tsp black pepper½ tsp saltFresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)Oil for fryingInstructions:Wash and pat mushrooms completely dry.Prepare 3 bowls:Bowl 1: flourBowl 2: beaten eggsBowl 3: breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper mixed.Coat each mushroom in flour, dip in egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms in small batches until golden brown and crispy (3–4 minutes).Drain on paper towels.Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
