Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients4 eggs250g of flour30 cl of milk4 tbsp. at s. sugar2 tbsp. c. baking powder2 pinches of salt or fine saltOilPreparationSeparate whites from yellows. Mix the yolks with the milk. Adding sugar, flour, baking powder, salt also mix to you get a smooth paste. Beat egg whites, & fold them to the batter.Heat and grease a frying pan with a little oil. Place 2 to 3 small ladles of batter in the pan, spacing them apart. Continue cooking for a little less than 1 minute.Place them on a plate and continue cooking until the batter is used up. Serve hot with maple syrup and pecans.Enjoy!
