  • 2 8oz packs of cream cheese (softened to room temp)
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Crust: Use a graham cracker crust, or you can make one by blending graham crackers with some melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of your pan.
