Ingredients:
- 7–8 whole cloves (or 1 tsp ground cloves) – stimulates circulation, rich in antioxidants
- ½ cup green tea (cooled) – contains catechins that protect collagen and fight free radicals
- ½ cup rose water – hydrates and soothes skin
- 1 tsp aloe Vera gel – calms, hydrates, supports collagen
- 2–3 drops vitamin E oil – nourishes and prevents oxidative stress
- Optional: 2–3 drops lemon juice OR 1 pinch vitamin C powder – boosts collagen synthesis (use only if your skin tolerates it, avoid if sensitive
- Instructions:
Make the clove infusion: Boil ½ cup water with cloves for 5–7 minutes. Let cool and strain.
Prepare green tea separately and let it cool completely.
Mix together clove infusion, green tea, and rose water in a clean bowl.
Add aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil. Stir well.
(Optional) Add a few drops of lemon juice or vitamin C powder for extra collagen support.
Pour into a sterilized glass spray bottle or jar
How to Use:
- After cleansing, spray or dab the toner onto your skin with a cotton pad.
- Follow with your usual serum or moisturizer.
- Best stored in the refrigerator and used within 7–10 days. Notes:
- If using vitamin C or lemon juice, only apply this toner at night, as it may increase sun sensitivity.
- Always patch test first. If you feel burning/irritation, dilute with more rose water.
