Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole milk for creaminess)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or soufflé cup with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Mix the Eggs:
    • Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two bowls. In the bowl with the egg whites, use a hand mixer to beat them until stiff peaks form.
  3. Prepare the Soufflé Base:
    • In the bowl with the egg yolks, whisk in the sugar and milk. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold Together:
    • Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites. You want to keep the mixture light and airy.
