Preparation Method:Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.Add cloves, dried hibiscus flowers, ginger, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.Strain the mixture into a cup or jar.Add honey and lemon if desired.Serve warm or chilled.
How to Use:Drink 1 cup daily.Can be consumed warm or cold depending on preference.
