Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crispiness)

Optional garnish: fresh parsley, lemon wedges, or a drizzle of your favorite sauce
