Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust.

1 cup of heavy cream for whipping

One-third cup of powdered sugar

2 tubes of soft cream cheese, each 8 ounces

Use half a cup of light brown sugar.

Pure maple syrup, 1/4 cup.

2 and a half cups of pecans, finely chopped

Salt, 1/4 teaspoon.
