Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink for Digestion and Energy

★Ingredients

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar

1 glass of warm water (about 8 oz)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

★Instructions

Mix Ingredients: Combine the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and warm water in a glass. Stir well until the honey is dissolved.

Add Cinnamon (Optional): For an extra kick and added benefits, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon into the drink and stir again.

Drink: Consume this mixture once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, to kickstart your metabolism and support digestion.

Notes*

Dilution: Always dilute ACV in water to avoid damaging your tooth enamel and irritating your throat.

Frequency: Start with one drink per day. If you feel comfortable, you can increase to twice a day, before meals.
