- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk or buttermilk

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the egg with milk (or buttermilk).
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Dip the shrimp into the egg mixture, then coat it well in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Drain on a paper towel and serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
