How to Use Cloves to Fight Respiratory Infections and Bronchitis

Ingredients:

  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of organic honey
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

  1. Boil a cup of water in a pot.
  2. Add the cloves and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
