The Tea That Ends Pain in the Knees and Joints – Bay Leaves, Rosemary & Cloves

Ingredients:

  • 3 dried bay leaves
  • 1 sprig (or 1 tsp dried) rosemary
  • 3–4 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Add water and herbs to a small pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and let it cool slightly.
