Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (or smoked paprika for a deeper flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet:
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure even roasting.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Add Cheese (Optional):
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking, allowing it to melt and become golden.
- Serve:
- Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives before serving.
Enjoy!
