Golden Wellness Tea for Digestion & Immunity

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lipton black tea bag
  • 3–4 whole cloves
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2–3 cm), sliced or grated
  • 2 cups of water
  • Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the cloves and ginger, then let them simmer for 5 minutes to release their flavor.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Lipton tea bag. Let it steep for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired, and enjoy while warm.
