Ginger and lemon tea

★Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 2 cups water
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for an extra metabolism boost)

★Instructions

Prepare the Ginger* Start by peeling the ginger and slicing it into thin pieces. You can also grate it if you prefer a stronger ginger flavor.

Boil the Water* In a small pot, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the Ginger* Once the water is boiling, add the sliced or grated ginger. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the ginger to infuse into the water.

Add Lemon Juice* After 10 minutes, remove the pot from heat. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the ginger tea. Stir well to combine.

Sweeten (Optional)* If you prefer a bit of sweetness, add the honey and stir until it’s dissolved.

Add Cayenne (Optional)* For an added metabolism boost, you can sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper into the tea.

Strain and Serve* Strain the tea into a mug to remove the ginger pieces. Your ginger and lemon tea is now ready to enjoy!

Drink It Warm* For the best results, drink this tea warm in the morning on an empty stomach. It will help curb cravings, support digestion, and provide an energizing start to your day.

This tea is a great way to kickstart your metabolism and support your weight management goals naturally!
