Natural parsley cream to reduce wrinkles

★Ingredients

2 tablespoons of white rice.

A handful of fresh parsley.

1 tablespoon of honey.

1/2 cup of water.

1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (optional).

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice Water*

Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water.

Place the rice in a pot with 1/2 cup of water and bring it to a boil.

Simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until the rice is soft and the water becomes slightly cloudy and starchy.

Strain the rice, reserving the water, and let it cool.

  1. Prepare the Parsley*
  • Wash the parsley thoroughly and chop it finely.
  • Place the chopped parsley in a blender or food processor.
  • Add the cooled rice water to the parsley and blend until you achieve a smooth, green paste.
  1. Add Honey and Yogurt*
  • Pour the parsley paste into a small bowl.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey, which helps to hydrate and soothe the skin.
  • If your skin is dry or needs extra nourishment, add 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and mix well.
  1. Application*
  • Apply the cream to clean, dry skin, focusing on areas with wrinkles or dark spots.
  • Leave it on for 20-30 minutes.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Usage*

  • Use this parsley cream 2-3 times a week for the best results. This natural cream helps hydrate the skin, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and lighten dark spots.
