A simple recipe to treat cracked feet using baking soda

★Ingredients

Warm water

3 tablespoons of baking soda

1 tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil (optional, for added moisture)

A basin or foot bath

Moisturizing lotion or cream

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Foot Soak
  • Fill a basin or foot bath with enough warm water to cover your feet.
  • Add the 3 tablespoons of baking soda to the warm water and stir until it dissolves completely.
  1. Soak Your Feet
  • Place your feet in the basin and soak them for 15-20 minutes. The baking soda will help to soften the skin and remove any dead skin cells.
  1. Exfoliate (Optional).
  • After soaking, you can gently scrub your feet with a pumice stone or foot scrub to remove any remaining rough patches. This step is optional but can be very effective.
  1. Moisturize
  • After drying your feet, massage them with olive oil, coconut oil, or your favorite moisturizing lotion. This will help lock in moisture and keep your feet soft.
  1. For Extra Care (Optional).
  • For an extra treatment, you can apply a thick layer of moisturizing cream and wear socks overnight to deeply nourish your feet.

Frequency

  • Use this remedy 2-3 times a week to keep your feet soft and healthy.

This simple baking soda foot soak is an effective way to treat dry, cracked feet, leaving them refreshed and moisturized.
