Grilled Chicken with Yogurt and Parmesan

★Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 pound (450 grams) boneless chicken breasts, cut into three equal pieces each
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

★Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken* Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat the Oven* Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare the Coating* In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Coat the Chicken* Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the yogurt or mayonnaise mixture over each piece.
  5. Add Cheese* Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the coated chicken.
  6. Bake* Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  7. Serve* Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.

Tips.

  • For a tangier taste, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
