Ingredients:

✔ 1 cup fresh blueberries (frozen works too!)
✔ 1 liter (4 cups) of filtered water
✔ ½ lemon (optional, for a zesty touch)
✔ A few fresh mint leaves (optional, for extra freshness)
✔ Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled version)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Lightly Crush the Blueberries

  • Gently mash some of the blueberries with a spoon to release their juices.

2️⃣ Mix with Water

  • Add the blueberries to a large jar or pitcher filled with water.

3️⃣ Add Lemon & Mint (Optional)
