Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 large onion (red or yellow preferred)
- 10 whole cloves
- 2 liters of water
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the cabbage and onion into chunks.
- Boil all ingredients in a large pot with 2 liters of water.
- Once boiling, simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
- Strain the liquid and store in a clean glass bottle in the refrigerator (up to 3 days).
- Drink 1 glass daily (250ml), ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.
