The Power Trio: Cloves, Cabbage, and Onion Drink for Enhanced Health and Wellness

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1 large onion (red or yellow preferred)
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 2 liters of water

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the cabbage and onion into chunks.
  2. Boil all ingredients in a large pot with 2 liters of water.
  3. Once boiling, simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Strain the liquid and store in a clean glass bottle in the refrigerator (up to 3 days).
  5. Drink 1 glass daily (250ml), ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.
