The Softest Chocolate Cake with Creamy Filling — Melts in Your Mouth!

Ingredients:

For the Chocolate Cake:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cream Filling:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • Chocolate sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Filling:
    In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously until thick. Add vanilla and let it cool.
  2. Make the Cake Batter:
    In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Gradually add flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Bake the Cake:
    Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Remove, spread the cream filling evenly, then pour the remaining batter on top. Bake for another 20–25 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Finish the Cake:
    Let it cool, then cover the surface generously with chocolate sprinkles.
