- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, plus more for garnish

★Instructions
Preheat the oven* Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Cook the lasagna noodles* Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
Prepare the filling* In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Assemble the roll-ups*
- Spread a small amount of Alfredo sauce on each lasagna noodle.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture over each noodle.
- Carefully roll up each noodle and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Add sauce and cheese*
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles, ensuring they are well coated.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake*
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden brown.
- Garnish and serve*
Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley if desired before serving.
