White Butter Marshmallow Bars

★Ingredients

10 oz (about 40) white marshmallows

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup white chocolate chips

5 cups crispy rice cereal

Instructions*

Prepare the Pan* Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray,

Melt Butter and Marshmallows* In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and marshmallows. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth,

Mix in the Cereal* Immediately stir in the crispy rice cereal until well coated with the marshmallow mixture.

Melt the White Chocolate* In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring between each until smooth.

Combine* Pour the melted white chocolate over the marshmallow and cereal mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

Press into the Pan* Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and use a buttered spatula to press it down evenly.

Cool and Set* Allow the bars to cool at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.

Cut and Serve*

Once set, cut the mixture into bars and enjoy your White Butter Marshmallow Bars!

Storage* Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week,
