1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb chicken breast, sliced into bite-sized nuggets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 eggs, beaten
Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Take each chicken nugget and press a small cube of cheese into the center, then shape it back into a nugget.
Dip each nugget into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the coated nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
