- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or Rice Krispies
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

★Instructions
- Prepare the Caramel Base*
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the caramel sauce and stir continuously until it’s smooth and heated through.
- If using, add vanilla extract for an extra flavor boost.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix with Crunch*
- In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed cornflakes or Rice Krispies.
- Pour the warm caramel mixture over the crushed cereal.
- Gently mix until all the cereal is coated evenly with the caramel.

- Using a small spoon or your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture.
- Roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

- Chill*

- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to roll them around for an even coating.
- Place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Optional Toppings*
- Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on each ball while the chocolate is still wet, if desired.
- Final Chill*
- Let the chocolate-covered balls chill in the refrigerator for another 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
