Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Gradually add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover and let it rest for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
- Shape the Bread:
- Divide the dough into two equal portions.
- Flatten each portion into a circle.
- If adding a filling, place it in the center and fold the dough over, sealing the edges.
- Gently press the dough to form a thick round shape.
- Cook the Bread:
- Heat a pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Place the dough in the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
