1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 (16 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
★Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Arrange the tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, before serving.
