Homemade biscuit ice cream

★Ingredients

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy cream, chilled

1 ½ cups crushed biscuits (your choice: shortbread, graham crackers, Oreos, or digestive biscuits)

Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, caramel sauce, or nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

★Instructions

Whip the Cream* In a large bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Add Condensed Milk and Vanilla* Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

Add Crushed Biscuits* Fold in the crushed biscuits and any optional mix-ins.

Freeze* Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 6-8 hours.

Serve* Once frozen, scoop and enjoy your homemade biscuits ice cream!
