★Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 jar of dill pickle slices
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Vegetable oil (for frying)
★Instructions
Prepare Pickles: Drain the pickles and pat them dry using paper towels.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Wet Mixture: In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.
Coating the Pickles: Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then dredge it in the flour mixture, making sure it’s well coated.
Heat Oil: Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the Pickles: Fry the coated pickles in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Drain and Serve: Remove the fried pickles from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce (like ranch or spicy mayo).
Enjoy!
