Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
While the air fryer is heating up, prepare your chicken breasts. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to gently pound the chicken until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika in the third.
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off. Finally, coat the chicken evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil spray. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not touching.
Air fry the chicken schnitzels at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken schnitzels from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Enjoy
