1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 cups Alfredo sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them out flat on a clean surface.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, minced garlic, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce over each lasagna noodle.
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each noodle, spreading it out to cover the surface.
Carefully roll up each noodle, starting from one end, and place them seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles, making sure to cover them evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
Garnish with additional chopped parsley, if desired, before serving.
