1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, flour, beaten eggs, chopped green onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Take a spoonful of the cabbage mixture and carefully drop it into the hot oil, shaping it into a fritter with the back of the spoon. Repeat to make more fritters, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the cabbage fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sriracha mayo or sweet chili sauce.
