Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
12 ounces of spaghetti
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (28-oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash of Italian seasoning
Pinch of garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with oil.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the spaghetti sauce to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning and garlic salt until well blended.
Spread half of the cooked spaghetti evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the spaghetti layer.
Top with the remaining spaghetti, spreading it out evenly.
Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti layer and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
